180SX: Strawberry conversion.

 

This was a fairly big project....and i love it!

 

 

I try to create what i would build/drive...and i'll have this in a heartbeat. Started out as a clean 180 type X...now is a Rb26 wide-body strawberry! I have this as my desktop, alternating between the bonnet up and down lol


Oh, just in case people think it as simple as copying a open bonnet shot into the pic, the bonnet engine bay are from one pic, the little plastic thing between the rad-support and bar/lights is from another, as is the rocker cover. Same with the interior, one car provided the cage etc, while another the seats and another the wheel. The body kit is a mix of brush and paste....

2014 falcon, Pt:2

More work on ideas for the 2014 Ford Falcon.

 

Rear end.

 

First up, is a rear view, using bits from the Ford Fusion. In line with the assumption that the doors and roof will be largly unchanged, there is only a change to the rear 1/4 panels, and  rear screen. This was done to help blend the rear in, as it needs a shorted boot too work well.

 

 

 

Front 3/4 shot, in G6 and XR versions

 

My fist attempt, was nothing more then just adding the fusion front to the FG, but this time, I brushed a front on, takeing cues from the Fusion, Madmax concepts and Territory. I added a reverse curve to the flareing on the gaurd. Again, the doors and roof were not touched.

I just had to do a XR version of this!

 

This time, I took ideas from the RS focus, adding the plastic inserts under the lights, opposed to the traditional "twin light" front of the past XRs. The Grill surround was heavily influenced by the one of the Mad Max concepts.

Just a quickie, based off the teaser image from the AIMS...needs a bit of tidying up...but i've had a big weekend.

TE cortina

This was for a Chop-off...


Went for a euro-style look with the roof-racks and rusted out bonnet. Colour is a bit poo...but i grew a bit tired of this one.

Gave it another attempt, more or a track based one...so hard to find a Cortina with the bonnet open!

XA Gasser

This was a "job" for me, someone wanted to see how the classic XA coupe would come up as a Gasser spec drag car.

Sorta based on some old WW2 fighter imagery, and traditional Gasser style...

Ferrari Concept

Not as good as pininfarina, but my first attempt at dreaming up a design for a famous marque...

I've sketched out basic shapes similar to this for a while, but only felt like attempting to do a photochop visualisation recently.

Aston Martin Vantage

Just a quick one...

These Astons have a muscular shape, and could do with a pro-street style make over...


Not sure if the Aston fans would enjoy it, most likely they would drop their pipe on their tweed jacket as the jaw gasp's in shock...
